Formal Dining Sample Menu
Beetroot and vodka cured gravlax served with rye bread, horseradish and pickled cucumber
Chicken terrine served with cornichons, house-made pickles and sourdough toast.
Oxtail and kidney pudding with potato dauphinoise and crushed peas
Duck braised with soy, ginger and star anis with herbed rice, watercress and pear salad.
Red wine and vanilla poached pears served with almond tuille and crème fraiche
Selection of cheeses with lavosh bread, fig and nut salami and fresh fruit.
All dishes are served on white china. White crockery and cutlery available on request. As our food is freshly prepared, a minimum of 5 days notice is required before delivery (min. order of 10 people). Please note that menu availability may vary according to season.
