Salads & Platters

Examples of the tastes and flavours of the food that we can prepare for your function are below. These change and evolve according to season, what we are  currently exploring in our kitchen, and your requirements. Please contact us for more information.

Salad Selections

Kipfler potato, green bean, roma tomato and roasted red pepper salad (gf).

Tabbouleh salad with red peppers and herbs.

Caraway and mustard coleslaw (gf).

Spiced rosted pumpkin and aubergine quinoa salad finished with pommegrate seeds (gf).

Shaved fennel and orange salad.

Spinach, pine nut and golden raisin salad (gf).

Roasted red peppers with preserved lemon and capers (gf).

Seasonal green salad with herb dressing (gf).

Platter Selections

Selection of freshly made tarts and fritattas with seasonal fillings. Tarts can include mushroom and  mascarpone, roasted pumpkin, feta cheese and herbs, artichoke and pea, salmon with smoked salmon and chive.  Fritattas can include  fennel, potato and parmesan, roasted mediterreanian vegetables, and summer herbs and goats cheese.

Selection of smoked and cured meats served with char-grilled vegetables, olives and house-made relish.

Selection of 3 cheeses served with lavosh crackers roasted nuts and dried fruit.

Accompaniments

Fresh seasonal fruit served with a selection of roasted nuts and dried fruit.

A selection of artisan breads and saltless butter.

As our food is freshly prepared, a minimum of 2 days notice is required before delivery. Please note that availability may vary according to season.
